2008 Yamaha FJR1300AEX
Consignment sale of a 2008 Yamaha FJR 1300 AEX in excellent condition
with 15,659 miles. The 2008 version enjoyed many improvements over earlier
years, based on Yamaha's experience with this model, which was first
produced in 2000. This model incorporates all the changes that increased
rider comfort (less vibration and heat, easier throttle operation),
safety (better mirrors, bigger windshield, adjustable headlight angle),
and durability (better cooling and a remapped ECU).

The FJR1300AEX is much better than the base model, the FJR1300A. The
main difference is the factory electro-mechanical paddle shifter that
eliminates hand clutching and foot shifting. You can turn the system
off and shift manually, but the left-hand operated paddle system is
highly functional, and very, very cool. Originally, this feature
added about $1500 to the sale price.
